My approach
For psychotherapy I like to use the metaphor of exploring the "inner landscape" together, thanks to which we can expand the horizon of understanding ourselves in our lives, find new paths and directions to take, but also live life with more joy and energy.
My main therapeutic tool is to ask therapeutic questions that develop an understanding of your needs, emotions, thoughts, and bodily experiences. Based on this, we look for ways to better and more meaningfully understand the life situation you are in.
My work draws on narrative, collaborative-dialogical and body-centred approaches. I find the combination of "talk therapy" and EMDR works best for me in working with people with trauma as well as other issues.
I start from the premise that the mind, emotions and body are connected as a whole, so in therapy we also address all of these levels to promote an experience of wholeness and inner harmony.
